R.S.PURA: Social activists R.L.Kaith, Hans Raj Loria, Sub. Baldev Chand Sandhu (Retd), Sub Inspector retired Darshan Kumar, Hav. Des Raj Kaith (Retd), Tilak Raj Bassa, Jagdish Raj Kaith Deepak Jyoti and many others today honoured Rakesh Sandhu (of village Phindar), who despite being a physically handicapped and in acute poverty, graduated in Arts, post graduated in Urdu and later did B.Ed from the University of Jammu and is now successfully doing the job of a Patwari.
