MY Bharat invites youth to enroll as Civil Defence volunteers

MY Bharat, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, is actively mobilising youth across the country to enroll as MY Bharat Civil Defence Volunteers.

This nationwide call is part of a concerted effort to empower young citizens to take up vital roles in national cause, particularly during emergencies and crisis.

The initiative aims to build a well-trained, responsive, and resilient volunteer force that can compliment civil administration in times of natural disasters, accidents, public emergencies, and other unforeseen situations.

In view of the current security concerns, there is an urgent and growing need to establish a robust, community-based response mecha-nism.
