IIM Jammu to hold five-day holistic Orientation Programme

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu is set to host a five-day Holistic Orientation Programme from 14th to 18th July 2025 at its picturesque Jagti Campus, marking the formal induction of the 6th Batch of Ph.D., 4th Batch of Ph.D. (Working Professionals), 10th Batch of MBA, 4th Batch of MBA (Healthcare), and 5th Batch of EMBA. This extensive orientation programme aims to orient students towards the institute's core values, academic culture, and commitment to excellence.
The inaugural day, 14th July 2025, will witness the gracious presence of Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as the Chief Guest.
The orientation programme will commence with the inauguration of the newly constructed Hostel Complex by Dr. Jitendra in the Department of Space, Government of India, on 14th July 2025. The inaugural ceremony will be presided over by Dr. Milind Kamble, Chairman, Board of Governors, IIM Jammu in presence of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu.
Distinguished guests will include Prof. Manoj Singh Gaur, Director, IIT Jammu; Prof. (Dr) Shakti Gupta, Director, AIIMS Jammu; Amitava Chatterjee, MD & CEO, J&K Bank; and Shri Nalin Prabhat, Director General of Police, J&K.
The day will also feature sessions by Piyush Jain, CMO & CDO, Agilus Diagnostics, and Venkatadri R., Chief Revenue Officer, Tata Chemicals.
Dr. Milind P Kamble, Chairman, Board of Governors, IIM Jammu, remarked that the Holistic Orientation Programme lays the foundation for an enriching academic and personal journey at IIM Jammu.
