IIM Jammu concludes Staff Training Programme 'Align and Aspire'

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu concluded its three-day Staff Training Programme, Align and Aspire, with a valedictory ceremony at the Vivekananda Classroom on Wednesday.

The programme aimed to build institutional capacity by aligning the staff with the Institute's core values, enhancing their professional competencies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. The valedictory ceremony was graced by Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu. Also present were Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean Faculty and Research; Prof. Nitin Upadhyay, Dean Academics; Prof. Shyam Narayan Lal, Chairperson, Anandam and Media and Communication Division; Prof. Ravij Seth, Professor of Practice; Dr. Harsha Jariwala, Co-Chairperson, Student Affairs; Shailesh.
