■ STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: As the BJP-led NDA government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi completes 11 years in office and marks the first year of its third consecutive term, Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha (DBPS) President Ved Parkash Sharma termed the period as one of "transformative governance, national pride, and unprecedented development.

Speaking to media persons, Sharma praised the government for its outstanding performance across all sectors. "In the past 11 years, the nation has seen significant improvement in law and order. Bomb blasts within the country have come to a halt, insurgency in the Northeast has been curbed, and terrorist threats have been met with strong count-er-responses - including surgical strikes and precision missile operations that sent a clear message to the world," he stated.
Reflecting on the achievements since 2014, Sharma credited Prime Minister Modi's leadership for strengthening national security and ensuring internal peace.
