JAMMU: AICC Member and President of All J&K Sadhguru Kabir Sabha, Shamsher Chand, along with Balwinder Singh Rinku (Coordinator, Minority Department and Vice President, DCC Jammu Urban), Rakesh Meenia (District General Secretary), Janak Raj (General Seeretary), Tilak Raj (Former Sarpanch), Jagga Ram (Former Sarpanch), and Akash, conducted a visit to the border-affected areas of Pindi Charakan, Trewa, Arnia, and Nandpur, falling under the Bishnah Constituency

During the visit, the delegation interacted with the local residents and assessed the prevailing ground situation in these vulnerable regions.
