Advocate Ronik urges centre to reconsider Jammu-Poonch rail line project

Noted advocate and social activist Ronik Sharma made a strong appeal to the central government to review and revive the long-pending Jammu-Poonch Rail Line Project.
Addressing media, he expressed serious concern over the continued neglect of this strategically and economically important initiative, which was accorded the status of a national project in 2012. Advocate Sharma referred to the recent inauguration ceremony of the Jammu-Baramulla rail line project, during which the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir appreciated the Centre's efforts in expediting various infrastructure developments in the Union Territory.
