A total of 10,17,102 Intermediate students had appeared for the public examination

A statement released by the BIE secretary Kritika Shukla said in the general stream that a total 4,22,030 second-year students appeared for the exam and 3,51,521 of them cleared it, registering 83% of pass percentage. Among the 4,87,295 first-year students who wrote the exam, 3,42,979 of them passed (70%).
In the vocational stream, a total of 33,289 second-year students appeared and 25,707 (77%) of them passed. Similarly, out of the 38,553 first-year students who wrote the exam, 23,991 (62%) of them cleared it.
