Seamen commemorated in new stained-glass window

A STRIKING new stained-glass window, designed and created by lecturer and artist at Swansea College of Art, Christian Ryan, has been installed at Cornerstone in Cardiff.

The artwork was commissioned to commemorate the centenary of the international maritime charity Stella Maris and to honour Welsh merchant seamen and women who served during the Second World War.
Cornerstone is a versatile event space in central Cardiff, housed in a historic Grade II listed building in Charles Street.
