AN HISTORIC former church and Sunday school is set to go under the hammer at auction.

Moriah Ynystawe Church, located in Clydach Road, Ynystawe, Swansea, is to be sold to the highest bidder, with a guide price of just £65,000. The building was last used as a church in 2013.
It became “unsustainable” as a place of worship due to a severe decline in worshippers, with a decision made to sell it by its congregation in 2014.
