NEWPORT ran riot over Aberavon with 12 tries in a crushing 76-10 win in Super Rygbi Cymru - and head coach Ty Morris said it had been coming.

‘The champions ran in four tries before the break and then cut loose after the restart with a further eight tries in the second half to leave their visitors stunned.
Morris said: “I’m really pleased for everyone involved with the performance.
“It’s been building for a few weeks and it was great to see the group put a full 80 minutes together.
“Even more fitting was that it came on our hooker Henry Palmer's 200th appearance - a game he'll remember -with the players delivering a performance worthy of the occasion.
