South Wales Evening Post

A BURGLAR had a shave with his victim’s razor before stealing it along with a haul of items including clothes, cash, wedding gifts, and passport
Jordan Kane Evans.
Jordan Evans broke into a bedsit in the dead of night and burgled three bedrooms while the occupants were all out working as Uber Eats delivery drivers.
Swansea Crown Court heard 36-year-old Evans, who has 61 previous offences on his record, cannot remember breaking into the house and searching the rooms due the amount of drugs he had taken.
Sarah John, prosecuting, told the court that in the early hours of the morning of November 5 this year an Uber Eats delivery driver returned home to the house of multiple occupation where he lived in Oxford Street in the Sandfields area of Swansea to find his room had been entered and searched while he was out.
Among the items missing were the man’s Pakistan passport, his international driving licence, three watches which had been a wedding gift from the man’s wife, clothes, credit cards, and £650 in cash along with a quantity of euros. The court heard the victim found facial hair on the floor and realised his shaver, which was also missing, had been used by the burglar.
