Jarrow boss Kennie Malia felt mistakes cost his side all three points.
The Perth Green outfit made a positive start at St James Park and took the lead on 26 minutes as Jay Barber grabbed his sixth goal for the club in nine games.
However, Jarrow were forced to scramble for a point after a Jamie Clark penalty and a Max Anderson effort put the home side in control.
