A BRILLIANT victory kept Sevenoaks Vine second XI 12 points clear at the top of the Kent League Division Two table going into the last game of the first half this weekend.

Vine seconds had travelled to Bexleyheath for a top-of-the-table clash.
The opposition won the toss and elected to field which meant Angus Willis (35) and William Deacon (18) walked to the crease to start the Vine's innings.
Following a strong start from the openers to put the score at 65-0 after 15 overs, the Vine lost a few wickets in the middle but Charlie Williams kept the score ticking over while those wickets fell around him.
