Mystery of store manager's suicide after £1m robbery

THE inquest of a luxury watch store manager who killed himself after a £1.1million raid was adjourned after it emerged CCTV of an “intense meeting” with his bosses hours before his death was “destroyed”.
Store manager Oliver White, inset and pictured on holiday with his girlfriend Alana Dredge, took his own life the day after robbers stole luxury watches
Oliver White, 27, took his own life the day after footage showing him tied up during the raid at 247 Kettles, in Richmond, south west London, circulated online.
His inquest was due to start last week but was adjourned after three men were convicted of their part in the robbery.
The coroner is expected to scour through a transcript of their trial after a series of bombshell allegations emerged.
Kyle Mehmet, 40, of Rotherham, South Yorks, who tied up Mr White, and Michael Holmes of Sheffield, who was involved in the aftermath, were convicted last month of conspiracy to rob the store in May last year.
Mannix Pedro, 38, from Woking, Surrey, who planned the raid, was convicted in February of conspiracy to rob the store.
All three will be sentenced at a later date.
