THE Prince of Wales opened up about taking time to “understand my emotions” as he spoke of the importance of reaching out to friends and family when struggling with your mental health.
Appearing on Radio 1's Life Hack, William joined host Greg James, rapper Professor Green and mental health charity staff to help normalise conversation about men’s mental health and suicide.
