TRIBUTES have been paid to a colourful baronet and former MSP who has died, aged 75.
Sir James McGrigor, known as Jamie, was a former Scottish Conservative Party politician, who served as a MSP for the Highlands and Islands region from 1999 until 2016. He was also an Argyll and Bute Councillor for the Oban South and the Isles Ward from 2017-22.
