NICOLA STURGEON'S negative influence continues to have an impact on the Scottish Government as WhatsApp and other mobile messaging apps are being removed from government phones.

The former First Minister was slated for deleting her informal correspondence about decisions she made during the Covid pandemic.

John Swinney also wiped his WhatsApp messages as he insisted this was government guidance at the time. But other senior members of the SNP administration, including Humza Yousaf and Kate Forbes, kept their correspondence.
