SNP in 'secret bid' to subvert trans ruling

SNP ministers have been accused of a secret bid to challenge the Supreme Court's ruling on sex and gender that destroyed the party's trans ideology.

Reports suggest the government is trying to have the decision deemed unlawful as it would impinge on the human rights of transgender criminals.

The executive is fighting another legal battle for the right to place male offenders in a female jail if they identify as a woman.

Judges ruled in April last year that the terms ‘women’ and ‘sex’ in the Equality Act are based on biology.
