THE Duchess of Sussex made waves last night as she posted a video of Prince Harry again showing off his surfing skills under the Californian sun.
Meghan's 18-second clip, set to Salt-N-Pepa's 1993 hit Whatta Man, featured Harry, 40, riding a breaking wave at Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch, where he was videoed last year.
