Murrayfield's Ror is back for good

And he hopes he did well enough to go on a run of games in Gregor Townsend's squad, with Argentina next up at Murrayfield on Sunday.

Now 29, Northampton back Hutchinson was in the Scotland Under-20s side along with the likes of Zander Fagerson, Blair Kinghorn and Scott Cummings.

But while they have been regulars in the senior side for years, his chances have been few and far between.

He made his Scotland debut back in 2019, but last Saturday was only his 10th appearance for his country. He said: “To get to run out last weekend - you dream of it. Hopefully that has given me more motivation to try and do it a bit more often.
