YOUNG people are being conned into taking out massive loans for university degrees that lead to low-paying jobs, Kemi Badenoch will warn today.
The Tory leader will vow to end a “rigged system” that pushes school leavers into “debt-trap” degrees.
A Conservative government will double funding for apprenticeships to prepare youngsters for well-paid roles, Mrs Badenoch will say.
