Fears as blaze breaks out just yards from M8

RESIDENTS were urged to keep their doors and windows closed as firefighters tackled a huge blaze in Glasgow.
People were told to avoid the Kinning Park area after the fire broke out on an industrial estate by the M8 motorway.
Emergency services were called to the scene at about 6.45am to reports of a fire at a commercial building.
