THE PERSON doing the voiceover for ELECTRIC CARS: ARE THEY REALLY WORTH IT? (5, 8pm) makes a really valid point fairly early in the show.

“We can’t all be Adrian.”

This is so, so true. Thank heavens it's finally being said.

Before someone goes ahead and buys an electric vehicle, it’s commonly agreed they should take some important points into consideration. But the fact that we can’t all be Adrian is rarely listed among them.

And it should, because we absolutely can’t. Especially not this voiceover person. This voiceover person can’t be Adrian because she’s actress Jill Halfpenny.

(Well, OK, she could, but think of all the paperwork).
