DOG lovers are at loggerheads over a “stick library” for their pets that has appeared in a walkers’ hotspot.
The box, which materialised in Daisy Nook, Oldham, Gtr Manchester, is proving divisive, with some calling it “a lovely idea” and others fearing it could lead to a “horrific accident”.
