Cyber attack will cost M&S £300m

MARKS & SPENCER
MARKS & Spencer has admitted customers will not be able to fully shop online until some point in July following its ambush by hackers which is likely to cost it £300million.
But the high street favourite said its website will be restored in phases "within weeks" with around 85% of online operations working soon.
M&S was updating the City and customers on the cyber attack which has hobbled the business since the Easter weekend nearly five weeks ago.
Chief executive Stuart Machin revealed the hackers accessed Marks' IT systems through a third party after "human error".
