Cavenagh's unscheduled Glasgow return should have Martin fearing the worst, says Hutton

ALAN HUTTON insists Russell Martin should be worried by Rangers owner Andrew Cavenagh's emergency return to Glasgow.

American businessman Cavenagh stepped off a flight last night to take control of the brewing Ibrox crisis.

Furious supporters have organised a demonstration ahead of tomorrow's Premier Sports Cup quarterfinal with Hibs in protest at the shambolic start to the season by Martin's side.

Thousands more will show their disdain for the ex-Southampton boss by staying away from the game.

Former Rangers defender Hutton admits the situation is looking grave for manager Martin after the club's worst league start in almost 50 years. He admits he'd be hugely concerned by Cavenagh making his unscheduled trip from Pennsylvania.

"It would worry me," said Hutton.
