Killer Nicholas Prosper
TRIPLE murderer Nicholas Prosper will not be given a whole-life order after a bid to increase his sentence was dismissed at the Court of Appeal.
Prosper was jailed for life with a minimum term of 49 years in March after he murdered his mother Julianna Falcon, 48, and his siblings Giselle, 13, and Kyle, 16, at their family flat in Luton in 2023.
