WE ALWAYS suspected it, but now we know for sure — in the eyes of this Government and our judiciary, the rights of illegal migrants tramp the rights and fears of the British people!

- Carole Malone

We just don’t matter anymore. What we think, what we feel, what affects our lives means nothing to this Government and a bunch of judges and lawyers who seem hellbent on ignoring the safety of the British people.

Didn’t we always know those three High Court judges were going to throw out last week’s temporary injunction saying migrants could no longer be housed in The Bell Hotel in Epping?

Had they not, this Government's utterly shambolic asylum system would have collapsed like a pack of cards and been exposed for exactly what it is — a farce of monumental proportions. Because had the original judgment been upheld, councils all over the country would have the removal of all the 32,000 migrants in their hotels and our useless Government would have had nowhere to put them.

And that just couldn’t be allowed to happen.

This whole thing stinks.

Lord Justice Bean even criticised Mr Justice Eyre for having granted the original injunction two weeks ago. He said he’d made a mistake.
