'Barbaric' weapons sanctions

THE UK has imposed new sanctions over Russia's alleged use of “barbaric” chemical weapons in the war against Ukraine.
It comes after German and Dutch intelligence services claimed Russia’s use of CS and poisonous gases was “commonplace” in Ukraine.
