MONIQUE Muller, well-known South African influencer and former girlfriend of award-winning presenter Katlego Maboe, has returned to social media after spending about a week behind bars.
A few weeks ago, Muller was arrested in Ravensmead, Cape Town, on charges of illegal firearm possession, with connections to gang-related activities.
It was reported that the home where the firearm was found is connected to a known gang hitman, raising concerns about the extent of her involvement.
SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Wesley Twigg confirmed that Muller faced charges of illegal firearm possession.
She appeared before the Cape Town Magistrates’ Court on October 30.
