Embracing it is a fundamental prerequisite for success, as it prevents you from playing it safe and allows you to unleash what you're truly capable of achieving.
In every major stage of growth in your career, you will more than likely feel discomfort and unease. And this is the very sign that you need to push yourself beyond your comfort zone to unlock a whole new level of potential within you.

In your career, your mindset serves either as your most valuable asset or your biggest liability - and it’s no different when it comes to imposter syndrome. It can create a persistent feeling of inadequacy, despite clear evidence of your competence. Interestingly, this phenomenon primarily affects high achievers who set exceptionally high standards for themselves and worry about falling short.
Although imposter syndrome is completely natural to feel, in order to make meaningful progress in your career, you need to view it as a gateway to who you are truly destined to be. The key is to switch your perspective from inadequacy to competency and growth.
