Two Persons Arrested in Mansa Pesticide Shop Firing Case; Two Pistols Recovered

In a major breakthrough during the ongoing drive to make Punjab a safer state under the directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Mansa Police have arrested two accused involved in the October 28 firing incident at a pesticide shop in Mansa, following a brief encounter.

Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav said that the arrested individuals have been identified as Gursahib Singh, resident of Guru Nanak Pura, Ropar, and Ramanpreet Singh, resident of Pukhraali Rampur, Ropar. Police recovered two pistols (.32 bore and .30 bore) along with nine live cartridges and six empty shells from their possession.
