Remedium Lifecare Limited (BSE: 539863) has announced the launch of its much-anticipated Rights issue, which has received approvals from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
This strategic initiative marks a significant step in the company's journey toward augmenting a vertically integrated research-driven pharmaceutical leader.The Rights issue will open on April 26, 2025, and close on May 14, 2025. The capital raise comes as the heels of Remedium's recent ₹82.7 crore investment in a sprawling 90,000 sqft latest pharma-ceutical company to interna-tional expansion. The funds raised will be utilized to strengthen working capital, investment in R&D
