The car blast outside Delhi's Red Fort on November 10 has shaken the country's security apparatus at a time when such a shock was least expected.

Its links have now been traced to sections of highly educated individuals—people society usually places its trust in. Barely ten days had passed since the explosion, which killed fifteen people and injured more than a dozen, when a startling claim surfaced. Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, former 'Prime Minister' of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), openly stated that Pakistan had a direct role in the Delhi blast. His admission not only validated India's longstanding concerns but also proved that cross-border terror machines still dare to reach the heart of India's national capital.

The investigation into the Delhi blast revealed an even more disturbing network. Over the past ten days, more than twenty individuals associated with this attack have been identified—doctors, technical experts, radicalisation trainers, and logistical supporters. When the name of Dr. Umar ul-Nabi emerged as the suicide bomber, it raised a new concern before Indian security agencies—has India entered the era of "white-collar terrorism"? Equally shocking was the involvement of doctors from Faridabad's AlFalah University and medical institutions in Kashmir-Dr. Muzammil Shakeel, Dr. Shaheen Saeed, and Dr. Adil Ahmad. They were not merely participants but the ideological and technical architects of the entire conspiracy. Two clerics who assisted them—Istiyaq and Irfan Ahmad—were also arrested later.
