The police have arrested Balongi resident Arjun Ram for allegedly raping a two-and-a-half-year old girl at Ambedkar Colony, Balongi today.

Officials have also booked the accused for voluntarily causing hurt, and criminal intimidation of victim’s mother when she caught him in the act.The victim is presently admitted to Phase-6 Civil
