Portsmouth & District Tennis League Men's Division 1 new boys PTC 1sts have made a great start, conceding only one rubber in three matches against Lee 1sts, CourtX 2nds and Avenue 1sts.
And now they’ve seen off summer champions Chichester 1sts 4-0 at home.
This summer's Hampshire Under-14 Boy’s singles champion, Jasper Yu, again partnered captain Macca Neaves and they beat Chi's top pair of Nigel Jones and James Bird 4-6, 6-0, 1-0 (10-8) in the closest rubber.
