Padel: Fun and accessible for everyone

All the more local residents are embracing padel, a fast-growing racquet sport that's quickly becoming a favourite for people looking for a fun way to stay active.

Ernest Faver from SRE Padel, which hosts tournaments, corporate days, fun sessions and training, explains why the sport is so appealing.

Padel combines elements of tennis and squash but with its own unique twist. “It's played in doubles on a smaller, enclosed court where the ball can bounce off the walls, making rallies longer and more exciting,” says Ernest. “The racquets are solid, not strung, and the game moves fast, keeping everyone involved from the first serve.”
