Fashion goes to the dogs, for a good cause
Polokwane Observer
|November 06, 2025
The glamour of the Mrs South Africa pageant met the charm of man's best friend when Jacaranda FM presenter and Mrs South Africa 2025 finalist, Manani Botes, hosted a stylish dog fashion show titled 'Paws with Purpose' at Mall of the North last Saturday.
The event formed part of Botes' Mrs South Africa journey and served as a fundraiser and charity initiative in aid of the South African Animal Cancer Association (Saaca) - the first organisation in Africa dedicated to supporting animals with cancer.
Dog owners, spectators, representatives from the SPCA, Mall of the North management and the public gathered for an afternoon of fun and compassion in support of a worthy cause.
