Conor McMenamin says scoring in front of his family following his return from injury has been the inspiration he needed.

The Northern Irish winger signed an extension earlier this month to keep him in Paisley until the end of next season.

McMenamin says that being able to have moments like scoring in the 2-1 win over Hibernian, while his family watched at Easter Road in November, is what he had always dreamed of and wants to replicate more often.

Daughter Daisy was also in the stands when he scored recently against Rangers, with the 29-year-old insisting that she is his lucky charm.

He said of his goals against Hibs and Gers: "It was more relief and excitement than joy. My mum and dad and my wee girl were over.
