Hospice team 'humbled' at amazing £37k boost

A Renfrewshire hospice is toasting one of its partners after a £37,000 donation was made, demonstrating its continued support.
Accord Hospice has received the five-figure sum from Renfrewshire Sports Charity, the group behind Paisley gym Pro-Life Fitness Centre, as their partnership continues to grow.
Renfrewshire Sports Charity's latest donation of £37,000 means they have given nearly £100,000 to Accord since donations began in the 2016/17 financial year.
The money will be used to help Accord deliver end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses at its Paisley inpatient unit, as well as in people's homes across Renfrewshire and parts of East Renfrewshire.
