Hagg Bar A end the year in the top spot

In Division One, Hagg Bar A continue to set the pace after travelling to Tartan Thunder and securing a resounding 8-1 victory to stamp their authority at the top of the table where they lead by a difference of six winning legs.

Pockets A stay on the same number of points as Hagg Bar A but the winning leg difference means they remain in second spot after a hard-fought 6-3 away win at Clachan Arrows who have slipped to fourth spot.

They swapped places with Hashtag Bar who scored a 6-3 home win over Pockets B and are 12 winning legs ahead of Clachan Arrows although the teams are on the same points total.

The loss for Pockets B anchors them in ninth, just above winless Thunder, and they are another team still awaiting their first victory of the season.

The Midton made sure to keep hold of fifth place as they travelled to Hagg Bar C and left with both points after a convincing 6-3 success.
