Chain reaction for final five

COURSE director Jason “Foxy” Fox has given the recruits a few tips. Which is good as it’s going to be a tricky one. And by “tricky”, I mean hour upon hour of unmitigated hell.

This being the final episode, the five still standing - British competitors Ben Cohen, Dani Dyer and Gabby Allen, plus Aussies Mack Horton and Emily Seebohm - will soon hear which of them has made the grade, SAS-wise (assuming any of them have, which is by no means a given).

But first they must face a brutal, military style interrogation, just as they would if captured in real life, or if they'd made it through to the interviews on The Apprentice.
