Woman, daughter drown in Nandapur

A woman and her teenage daughter drowned Thursday in a newly dug pond at Balia village under Lamtaput block of Nandapur police limits in Koraput district.
The deceased were identified as Nabina Majhi, 40, wife of Sanu Majhi at Harganda village of Nandapur block and their daughter Ambika Majhi, 15. According to police, the two had gone to their farmland at Balia village to work on their ginger cultivation. Sources said Ambika
