New planning application revealed for a former Nuneaton hosiery factory

A new planning application has been revealed for a former hosiery factory in Nuneaton.

It asks for permission to make changes to the site in Central Avenue and vehicle storage for online sales.

It is for a rectangular, level plot of land, located at the eastern end of Central Avenue and to the rear of properties on the southern side of Bath Road.

“The site is located ina predominantly commercial area and has a long history as an employment use," the application states.

“It is believed to have last been used as a hosiery factory with adjoining open storage yard, but this use has ceased and the applicant is not aware of it having been in use for many years.”
