Work from home 'gone' under Reform says Farage

NIGEL Farage says the working from home culture at Nottinghamshire County Council “is gone” if Reform UK wins control of the authority next month.

The party leader was in Ashfield on Wednesday ahead of local elections across the country on May 1.

The county council is the only authority in Nottinghamshire where elections will be held, and Mr Farage says his party would be “a bit hair shirt” if they come out on top.

And, on working from home, he said: “Work from home culture under us is gone.”

Asked if he would expect all council staff to work in the office every day of the week, Mr Farage said: “Within reason, absolutely yes.”
