Thug told his neighbour: 'I'm coming to kick your head in'

A MAN fractured a neighbour's cheekbone and left him unconscious when he and his partner attacked the victim outside his own block of flats.

Nottingham Crown Court heard how Carl Sutton exchanged blows with the man, who was then pushed by Kerry Oldham. The victim ended up on the ground where Sutton delivered a kick in the face, which hospitalised him.

And in a victim impact statement he said he feels the couple “have got away with it” as it has taken more than four years to come to a conclusion.
