FIRE KIDS' IMAGINATIONS AT A NATIONAL TRUST PLACE NEAR YOU

READY for a fun-filled summer? Why not take part in the National Trust's Summer of Play, sponsored by Starling Bank, and create memories with the whole family?

With sports and crafts, nature trails and dress-up stations, as well as dedicated play spaces full of adventures and activities, there's plenty to keep little explorers entertained all summer long.

Head for the fluttering flags and colourful bunting at Ilam Park in the Peak District to enjoy festival vibes and exciting play activities taking place across the parkland.

Channel your inner Shakespeare on stage at Hardwick Hall, Derbyshire, with dressing up and music to perform, or challenge your friends to a game of giant chess. Get closer to nature with the new barefoot walk and rustle up some new recipes in the mud kitchen. Get sporty with hurdling, football, tennis, badminton, and archery. Tot’s Spot soft play is perfect for younger siblings too.

Get digging on the Belton Estate, Lincolnshire, with their archaeology and exploration theme. Families will be able to dig for hidden treasures in sand pits, become an Ancient Egyptian at the mummification station, and have a go at cracking hieroglyphic code games.

Families will be spoilt for choice at Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire this summer. Packed with activities to suit every age and interest, you can enjoy everything from sports and drama to nature and heritage. Straw bales will give a bird’s eye view of Clumber's lost mansion, and the new sensory zone away from the action will provide a place to relax in.
