Service was swift at Italian cafe – but it left me wanting more

I'M all for efficient service — it's irritating when you're kept waiting for your food and drink order to be taken, or for the bill.

I've had longer experiences in fast food restaurants than I did recently at a swish cafe in Victoria Centre.

Caffè Rizzoli has been a fixture on the upper floor for eight years, but I've never been before. We were greeted instantly and told we could sit anywhere. Within a minute, we were brought a menu filled with Italian-inspired delights, including Prosecco sourced from a small family-run vineyard.
