CHILLING AUDIO RECORD OF THUG'S VICIOUS ABUSE OF HIS PARTNER

- By MARTIN NAYLOR

A HARROWING three-hour recording played in court revealed a man threatening to rape and kill his partner in front of their three-year-old son.

Krzysztof Musial could be heard attacking his victim more than once as their child shouted, “mummy, mummy”.

When the police searched the address the woman said there were “locked rooms she was not allowed to go into” where officers later found more than 1lb of cannabis.

In a victim impact statement the woman told how since the defendant has been remanded into custody their children “are now always happy and don’t even mention their father”.

Jailing the 33-year-old for five years at Nottingham Crown Court, Recorder Stuart Sprawson said: “During the course of the trial I listened to a recording she made of you and the predominant theme throughout it was you being incensed towards her inadequate housekeeping, looking after the house for the family and failing to be an adequate mother towards your children. You repeated that time and time again.
